1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

  • Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other specified modes.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least [1] days prior to the event.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable, but partial adjustments may be considered for cancellations made well in advance.

  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations (less than 1 days before the event).

3. Changes & Customizations

  • Requests for changes in design, theme, or services must be made at least  1 days before the event.

  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications.

4. Liability & Damages

  • FloweDecor is not responsible for venue restrictions, weather conditions, or delays beyond our control.

  • Clients are liable for any damages caused to our decor, floral setups, or equipment due to negligence.

5. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and setup timings will be agreed upon in advance. Delays due to traffic or other external factors are not our responsibility.

  • Clients must ensure the venue is accessible for setup and dismantling.

6. Force Majeure

  • FloweDecor is not liable for failures or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, and images created by FloweDecor remain our intellectual property. Clients may not replicate or share them without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Client data (contact details, event info) will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

9. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service delivery.

  • Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal jurisdiction in [Your City, India].

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
